Matt, I read this post not too long ago and it has been on my mind lately. I have made it my prayer to let God in and handle some more of my life. At the end of this post, it says “just give him your five loaves and two fish.” So, I pray daily this prayer: Lord, God, All I have is five loaves and two fish. Multiply them in ways unbeknownst to me. It’s all yours. Amen.

such a good post. thank you. good insight. a similar story is the story of the wedding feast at cana. i like that one even better, mostly b/c [1] it’s a luminous mystery, [2] Our Lady is named and involved ["do whatever he tells you" ] and [3] booze is created! :o)
