Great quote, Matthew! I will be putting this one in my Common Place book.

The issue of a “woman’s right to privacy” is just another version of “You will be like gods!” That is the point: A woman who claims that her right to privacy trumps all other concerns is playing God!

Great point. My wife and I were talking philosophically the other day about this very issue. If the woman believes in her right to choose, then she is essentially saying the morality of her ability to choose trumps the morality of the principle of life and death. The pro-abortion side has spun this issue into the hearts and minds of our nation’s young women and claims to have omitted any morality debate. Sadly, ignoring the debate doesn’t mean there’s not a misstep into sin and morality.
How backwards do we have this?
