With no mention of Tebow's recommended abortion, there was no real message. This was a huge wasted opportunity and waste of money. "Tim's mom loves him, how sweet. I think I'll surf to FocusOnTheFamily.com." NOT! I bet the hits on their Web site went down, since everyone was lulled into a coma by the utter insignificance of the ad. All he should have said was: "Doctors recommended that my mom have an abortion. I'm sure glad they didn't. Every child is a gift from God and deserves a chance to live." This ad was so WEAK! So in essence, they did the pro-life movement a favor by getting it tons more publicity than it could ever have gotten itself. Focus on the Family handled the matter pretty well in that respect.
