I know it would be tremendous hard work, but links to some sample podcasts (either at nomination or finalist phase) would make some of these people more generally known and appreciated as well as recognizing them with an award. For example, talks and homilies by Fr. John Riccardo (my favorite) can be found <a href="http://frjohnriccardo.libsyn.com/" rel="nofollow">here</a>. Well done.
