My account was recently reactivated after almost 20 months of exile from facebook through this method.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I have been using facebook for over 6 years now, on the same exact account. I have not faked any of my information, nor have I posted anything that goes against their “rights and responsibilities”. And NONE of my friends know my password…so unless it was a really good hacker, then facebook has some serious problems. I also do not “spam” because the max amount of posts i usually have in a day are about 5. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY WARNINGS EITHER. I am seriously getting agitated because I am a serious facebook addict and have very important contacts on there to get through my daily life and also school. Now i haven’t used facebook for over 3 weeks! I have supported facebook for a long time, and now without warning they give me this kind of s*^%. they need to get better customer service, else Im leaving and going to twitter or something.

hello dear,i am using facebook from long time,and i wasn’t doing anything wrong on it,but 2 days ago suddenly my account turned disabled,i have spent so much time to find my real life friends and its the only site i was using from long time..i am feeling like crying for this.i need it back.i tried a lot to get it back.but i am unable to do it,can you guys help me for this.

That second e-mail is exactly what I got so it is automated and generic. But then you said the last one was the one that said final. You said don’t give up. Did you? What did you do after they said this was final? Because the first two mails they sent me were completely different. 1st said I was misuing their features. 2nd said that my e-mail no longer existed. That means it was compromised or hacked.

So which do you think is the truth and will I get my account back quicker if they see it was hacked? Thank you

I also was disabled from my account on facebook with no warning just refreshed my page and white screen now try to log in and says theres no account assosiated with my email facebook pisses me off

The same as everyone else. I’m scratching my head–I have no “fake” name. I have twice appealed to their sense of reasoning, but to no avail. I received email from the supposed Facebook Team claiming that they will not reactive my account for that reason. I simply replied, I can’t prove that I am real and my account is real, so I will move on. I don’t know what else to do, so I will do nothing from this point on.

PS. After this fiasco, I’m not sure if I want to “reactivated”. I was content two years before signing onto Facebook, and I will be all right now. If my friends and family need me, they know how to reach me.
